Arrive Coimbatore → Ooty
Pickup and the climb into the Nilgiris. Check in and take the evening at the lake.
Day 2
Ooty
The Nilgiri Mountain Railway, the botanical gardens, a tea estate and Doddabetta for the view over the range.
Day 3
Ooty → Kodaikanal
A long, beautiful drive south through the hills, arriving in time for Coaker's Walk at sunset.
Day 4
Kodaikanal
The lake by cycle or boat, the pillar rocks, Silver Cascade and the pine forest.
Day 5
Kodaikanal → Departure
Breakfast, a last viewpoint, and a transfer to Madurai airport or station.
