Quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative and are not an offer. A binding price is the one stated on the written quotation we send you for your specific dates, and it holds for the validity period stated on that document.
Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit stated on your quotation and issue confirmation vouchers. The balance is due by the date on the invoice. Some suppliers require full prepayment, which we will state in advance.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and amendment charges depend on the individual suppliers in your itinerary and are set out in writing on your quotation before you pay anything.
Our role
We act as an agent for hotels, transport providers, airlines and activity operators. We select them with care and stand behind our recommendations, but each supplier's own terms govern the service they provide.
Travel documents and insurance
Valid passports, visas and any required health documentation are the traveller's responsibility. We assist with visa applications where we can, but grant decisions rest entirely with the issuing authority. Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended.
Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, airline schedule changes and government action. Where something within our control goes wrong, we will put it right.
